Afasic supporters dashed for DLD.
The third month long ‘Dashing for DLD’ virtual event took place during February 2024 and this year we had 23 adults and children taking part.
Between them they walked, ran and cycled an amazing distance of over 900 miles and have so far raised a total of £2,245 towards our work!

Our highest fundraiser from the youngsters was Euan who wins himself an amazon voucher, he raised a whopping £606.25
Euan walked 13 miles, Amelia walked 50 miles, Ed Cycled 100k, Hannah walked 163 miles, Ellie walked 18 Miles, Georgie walked 18 miles,
Harry walked 28 miles, Callen walked 5K, Thomas ran 40k and lastly Aanya walked 20k. well done all of the young people who took part and of course the adults who also took part. The youngsters between them raised a massive £1922.50 out of a grand total of £2245.00
We are extremely grateful to everyone who took part and those that sponsored them, it really has helped to make a difference.
