Our first charity ride for 2023 took place on the 17th June. All those taking part enjoyed a very interesting route from Victoria Park, through the Olympic Park, Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Wetlands, and along the Lea Valley to Dobb’s Weir. Many thanks to all the cyclists – David, Jan, Jonathan, Julia, Kiri, Mark, Phil, Richard, and Sarah, who have so far raised over £1,100 for Afasic; to volunteer Jonathan for organising such a great route; and to Mark and Steve for supporting the riders along the way.
