There's lots going on in 2008.

Young People's Days

CALLING 11-18 YEAR OLDS - COME ALONG AND HAVE SOME SERIOUS FUN!

young people's days photo Following the recent success of Afasic's Young People's Days we are planning more for 2008. The days are for young people aged 11-18 who have speech and language difficulties. They offer a chance to meet and get to know others and chat about things which are important to young people.

We also have games and activities to suit everyone's interests including painting, parachute games and ball games. We even offer young people the chance to try their hand at circus skills.

Emily Hutchcroft attended our Hampshire day and told us: "I really enjoyed it. I'd love to do it again".

parachute funTo enjoy the day it's important that young people enjoy being with others and are happy to spend the day without their parents or carers. The day is free for those who attend and includes lunch and snacks.
